Tool show Patriot Center
What a stellar disappointment. The vocals were horrible, but the band was spectacular and the visual show was stellar. The mix was so bad that you couldn't hear Maynard's voice half of the time, not that Maynard can't sing. The levels were definitely off or something, and its not just me. Everyone was disappointed after the show, I spoke with a few folks that were sitting in various areas of the Patriot Center. This was my first time at the Patriot Center and I had heard the acoustics there were poor. I don't think it was the stadium, I just think the production sucked. AYYBO is my favorite band, and I don't know if I'd pay that much money again - might as well have been apocalyptica up there. I felt like I was robbed $75 bucks. Don't get me started on the $45 dollar t-shirts they were selling either. Oh and Weak Bird should be renamed Tweak Bird.
